When you list with my team, we will join forces and work towards
a common goal- THE SALE OF YOUR HOME!! Our team consists
of Kevin Forystek, Jamie Potbury, Nick Miller, and Kim Babcock.
Kevin is a full-time REALTOR and is very knowledgeable on all of my
properties. Jamie is my full-time business manager with 5 year
experience managing real estate offices and taking care of clients
needs. She’ll coordinate all advertisings and showings. Nick and
Kim are my full-time Buyer’s Agents who work aggressively with
all of my buyer’s. I personally handle all negotiations on the sale of
your home.
ADVERTISING
-Your home will be advertised weekly on my Two-Page Ad
-Your home will also be advertised every 3-4 weeks in the
Flint Journal classifield liner ads Monday through Friday!!
-I also do spot advertising in your local market papers. In addition,
I have FOUR personal websites where I list all of my current listings
for sale along with the property photos inside and out!!
PLUS I have a way to sell your home that is more effective than any other agent in this market. What I do is I advertise your home in all these sources, AND I offer a 24-hour Information Hotline for your home.
